    You are completely safe with us. We are certified according to the highest level of the PCI standard, which requires compliance with more than 200 security controls.

    You will receive a confirmation mail shortly after placing your order.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    No. We want the process to be as easy as possible for you, so no account is needed. However, if you are a regular customer, we advise you to make one to make your check out faster.

  • Can I return an item to one of your retailers?

    Unfortunately, you can’t return items to one of our retailers. You have to send it directly back to us.

  • When will I receive a refund?

    The refund will be transferred when the claim has been accepted. We do our best to transfere the money back to you as soon as we receive the package. We will send you a mail, when this has been done.
