Orders placed on our website are not legally binding agreements. Brand Unit is entitled, therefore, to cancel your order in case of printing errors, technical difficulties, delivery failure and similar circumstances. A binding order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched.
When ordering on our website you will receive an automatically-generated e-mail confirming your order. This is merely an electronic notice to confirm receipt of your order, it does not constitute a legally binding order confirmation.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days excluding weekends and holidays after you have received a binding confirmation/invoice. You order will be transported with UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched followed by a tracking number, which you can track at ups.com.

Orders placed within the EU are including Danish VAT (25%).
You will be notified by e-mail if your order is delayed or out of stock. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and bad weather conditions.
Statutory right of complaint
According to the Danish Act on Sales of Goods, we provide a two-year right of complaint on all products sold on www.wrenchmonkeesapparel.com. The right of complaint is based on the statutory rules laid out in the Danish Act on Sales of Goods. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by regular mail at: Brand Unit, Vassingerødvej 147, 3540 Lynge with your claim. When contacting us please include i) order number, ii) photos of the product/the defect, and iii) a description of the reason for the claim.
Returned goods must be accompanied by a Return Slip. If the Return Slip does not follow the item, the complaint will not be processed until the it is received. Returned products must always be returned in protective and proper packaging.
If the complaint is justified Brand Unit will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have incurred with regard to the return of the goods. If we cannot detect the fault of the returned items, these will be returned to you and you will be charged the shipping cost. If you may be eligible to be reimbursed your shipping costs, please provide us with a copy of the receipt for shipment.
Please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or the like.
If you are dissatisfied with Brand Unit’s handling of a complaint or otherwise, you must first contact Brand Unit. If no common understanding can be reached, you may file a complaint with Center for Klageløsning (Centre for Complaint Resolution) using this webpage: Forbrug.dk or by letter to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, subject to compliance with the relevant conditions, see Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen.
If no solution can be reached between us through the Centre for Complaint Resolution, you may then file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board, subject to compliance with the relevant conditions, see Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen.

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB. The transaction will not be completed before your order is dispatched.
Prices on the website are shown in both € (EUR) and the local currency (based on your IP address) calculated by using the daily rate of the Danish National Bank. The transaction is, however, invoiced in € and the order is concluded in English. For orders placed in the EU, prices are inclusive of Danish VAT (25%). Orders may be subject to local charges and import duties. Such charges are to be paid by you.
Right of cancellation
A cooling-off period applies, allowing you to cancel your agreement with us within 14 days, no questions asked. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the date on which you received your goods.
You must, within 14 days from receipt of the goods, notify us in clear terms that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notice may be given to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for cancellation will be met if your notification that you wish to cancel is sent before expiry of the cooling-off period.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, Brand Unit will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs because of your having chosen another form of delivery than the standard form of delivery offered by Brand Unit). The refund will be made not later than 14 days from the date on which Brand Unit received your notification that you wish to cancel. Brand Unit will refund the purchase sum with no added fees and using the same method of payment that you used when purchasing, except where you have explicitly consented to another procedure. Brand Unit will withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return the goods without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us that you intend to exercise your right of cancellation. Do not forget postage (at your own cost).

You are liable for any impairment to the value of the goods caused by any handling of it other than as necessary to determine the nature and properties of the product and the way it works. Goods must be returned with the original packaging intact, or it will be considered an impairment to their sales value.
Be sure to package the goods safely. The risk of loss or damage to the goods is yours until they are received by Brand Unit. This means that if goods are lost or damaged in transit, Brand Unit will not refund the purchase sum unless the product still has market value. In the latter case you will be liable for the impairment. Therefore, be sure to retain your postal receipt and track-and-trace number (if any).
We collect and process the personal data that you submit to us in relation to a purchase, including your name and contact details. Your payment information will be encrypted in ePay payment gateway. We may also collect and process other personal data, such as information regarding your IP address and information on how you use our website. All personal information is handled under strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties unless permitted by applicable law.
We use both session and permanent cookies. Session cookies are used for functionality purposes and allow users to be recognized within a website so any page changes or item or data selection you do is remembered from page to page. Permanent or persistent cookies may remain on your hard drive until you erase them or they expire.
